Step 1
In blender, pureé milks, egg yolks, vanilla extract and cinnamon 1 minute or until very smooth.
Step 2
In medium saucepot, cook sugar and 1 cup water over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until just starting to turn light golden brown. Slowly whisk in milk mixture; remove from heat and stir in rum and cream. Makes about 6 cups.
Step 3
Refrigerate Crema de vie at least 2 hours before serving.
