Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°; grease 2 rimmed baking pans with 2 tablespoons oil. In large bowl, whisk sugar, paprika, garlic powder, cinnamon, salt and remaining 2 tablespoons oil; add carrots and toss. Spread carrots on prepared baking pans; cover pans tightly with aluminum foil.
Step 2
Roast carrots 30 minutes or until tender; remove foil. Add butter; toss. Makes about 24 carrots.
