Oven grilled cheese with tuna

Let's make it

Step 1
Place rimmed baking pan on middle rack in oven; preheat oven to 450°. In medium bowl, flake tuna with fork; fold in3 tablespoons mayonnaise, pickles and seasoning. Makes about 1½ cups.
Step 2
Spread 1 side of bread slices with remaining 5 tablespoons mayonnaise; place 4 slices, mayonnaise side down, on second rimmed baking pan. Top with half the cheese, tuna mixture, and remaining half the cheese and 4 bread slices, mayonnaise side up.
Step 3
Carefully remove hot baking pan from oven and press on top of sandwiches; carefully place sandwiches between pans back on middle oven rack. Bake sandwiches6 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
